Formerly a board member of the Boulder Pointe Homeowner's Association, Borsch has been involved in several minor matters where it concerns our development and its residents -- including the specification and vendor selection for the Boulder Pointe granite monument.
In an attempt to channel his anger appropriately — and before the formation of this site and more constructive ways of engaging Xcel Energy — Borsch could frequently be seen beating an effigy of Reddy Killowatt with an aluminum baseball bat in his garage.
