In 15 Days We Close!

In my last post I mentioned our disappointment in the cabinet color mismatch but, as expected, our William Lyon Homes team is pulling through for us! The cabinets are being redone this week by the manufacturer and we’ll be viewing the house next Tuesday to ensure they are acceptable to us.

About Our Elevation
One thing about our house elevation you see above is that it was not our first choice. In fact, we had no choice in the matter at all. It looks a lot better in person however. The exterior colors actually look quite nice and modern with the orange front door and work better together than expected.

It will be sooooo good to get in to our house. We’ve only been out here in California since June 4th (not even 6 months yet!) and we are now a heartbeat away from having our “third half of life” downsized house.
